“My aim is to give people back what they've lost — not just the tooth, but the confidence and quality of life that came with it.”
- Dr. Mahek Pipalia
It usually starts small. You order something softer at dinner. You cover your mouth when you laugh. You avoid certain photos.
What began as a dental problem has quietly become something deeper: a gap in your confidence that no amount of adaptation fills. And the longer it goes unaddressed, the more your jawbone changes and your surrounding teeth shift, narrowing the window for a simple solution.
Steak. Corn. An apple. Missing or unstable teeth quietly take these off the table, and with them, a small piece of every gathering you sit through differently.
You angle your smile in photos. You pause before laughing out loud. You're not being vain. You're human. And you deserve to stop doing that.
Every month without a tooth, your jawbone quietly shrinks. The earlier you act, the simpler and more affordable the solution to fix your smile will be.
If that sounds familiar, you're not overreacting. You don't have to keep adjusting your life around your teeth. There is a better way, and it starts with a single, honest conversation.
Dental implants can help restore what's been missing, so eating feels easier, your smile feels complete, and daily life feels more like your own again.

Dr. Mahek didn't take the easy road to dentistry. She earned her first degree in Bangalore, India in 2011, then crossed an ocean to earn a second one from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, graduating in 2019 with the Dixon Scholarship for academic excellence and leadership.
"A passion for dentistry and the love for helping my community is why I attended dental school in two different countries."
Since graduating, she's completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education in advanced dental techniques to give her patients her very best. She specializes in dental implants and takes personal pride in the transformations she sees. Her goal is not just to replace a missing tooth. It’s to help you feel whole again, with a plan that supports your long-term oral health.

Your first visit isn't a sales pitch. Dr. Mahek will sit with you, understand your goals, and look at the full picture of your oral health before recommending anything. You will leave knowing your options.
Using advanced imaging, we'll walk you through a clear, personalized plan. You'll see what your result can look like before committing to a single procedure. No pressure. No fine print. Just clarity.
When you're ready, Dr. Mahek guides you through a comfortable, step-by-step implant process built around your timeline, your comfort level, and the life you want back. The end result is designed to feel secure, function naturally, and look like it belongs in your smile. We're with you at every step.
We know that calling a dentist can feel like the hardest part. That's why Dr. Mahek's consultations aim to help you feel heard, not sold to.
If implants are the right solution for you, she'll tell you clearly and walk you through every step. If they're not the best option right now, she'll tell you that too, and point you toward what is. Your health comes first, always.
There's no obligation. No judgment about how long it's been. Just an honest answer from a doctor who genuinely cares about your outcome.
Imagine being able to:
That's why our patients look into implants in the first place. Not because they want a procedure. Because they want their life to feel easier again.
Most patients say the procedure was much easier than they expected. But we also don’t want to sugarcoat the kind of transformation this is. To ease you through the process, we use local anesthesia and focus on keeping you comfortable throughout treatment. After, we also prescribe necessary pain medication to keep your healing as comfortable as possible.
Implants are a process, not a quick fix. The entire procedure will happen over a few months to give your body the time it needs to heal and build strength around the implant. When you start your journey, we’ll be able to share more specifics about your unique timeline clearly (before treatment begins).
That’s the goal. Your final restoration is designed to blend beautifully with your smile, so it feels like your tooth, not dental work that stands out.
